E-mail works fine if you are not in a desperate hurry; we are not online constantly, and e-mail is generally not checked over weekends or holidays.

Placing an appropriate subject line helps ensure we receive your e-mail. We pre-screen all of our e-mail for SPAM. If your subject is blank, it may get filtered. If you do not receive a response within two business days, your e-mail may not have been received. If in doubt, send it again or give us a call.
